In order to book an appoitment there is a 50% NON REFUNDABLE RETAINER. * This retainer goes toward the cost of holding the appoitment time, and supplies. Remaining balance is due the day of service. All payments and services are FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstance, including dissatisfaction with style, retention, or personal preference after the service is completed. If I have any concerns, I must notify Glow N Grow Parlor within 72 hours of my appointment. Within this 72-hour window, a one-time complimentary follow-up or adjustment may be offered to improve my results. Any concerns or touch-ups requested after 72 hours will require booking a paid service. A typical cancellation can result in a fee. Please read the policy for lash appointments thank you... 1. Notice Period: Clients are required to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. This allows time to offer the time slot to other clients. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours prior notice to appointment period result in a charge ( 50% of the appointment cost) to cover the stylist's time & supplies. 3. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up without notice may be charged $50 the first time, 2nd time will be the full price of the appointment or may not be allowed to book future appointments. 4. Deposit: required 24 hours prior to secure the appointment, which may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. 5. Emergencies: Some policies may allow for exceptions in the case of genuine emergencies, but this is typically up to the discretion of the salon. --- ⏰ Late Arrival & No-Show Policy – Glow & Grow Parlor At Glow & Grow Parlor, your time and mine are valuable. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our late and no-show fee policy below: 🔸 Late Arrivals A $15 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes late to your appointment. After 1 hour, your appointment will be considered a no-show and canceled. Please text or call if you’re running behind—communication matters! 🔸 No-Show Policy Any no-show (arriving more than 1 hour late or not showing up without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
